HR Business Partner Lead

Job Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead our operations in Eluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR activities, supporting business partners effectively, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve employee queries and concerns efficiently and track the resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Implement and enforce disciplinary policies across the organization.
  • Maintain low attrition rates through effective engagement and retention strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate engagement action planning, record minutes, action points, and responses, and track progress ensuring timely communication of closures.
  • Ensure timely sign-offs of KRAs from new employees and during role changes.
  • Coordinate and ensure completion of half-year and annual performance appraisals.
  • Monitor adherence to training plans and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and collect data to analyze employee turnover trends and propose corrective actions.
  • Identify key factors influencing attrition and work on retention strategies.
  • Work on employer branding and intelligence initiatives to boost presence.
  • Ensure adherence to security, disciplinary, and learning policies.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, or any related field with significant experience in HR roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of labor laws.
  • Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage and resolve employee concerns effectively and efficiently, tracking and reporting outcomes.
