Responsibilities Overview

Below are the main areas of focus for this role:

• Human Capital Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that drive business success.

• Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead the recruitment process, manage talent pipelines, and ensure effective onboarding processes.

• Employee Engagement & Experience: Foster a positive work culture, promote diversity & inclusion, and develop programs to enhance employee satisfaction.

• Performance Management: Design and implement effective performance management systems, provide coaching and development opportunities, and drive business outcomes.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, identify and mitigate risks, and maintain accurate records.

Key Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 11-15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Affinity for technology and data analysis, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR automation tools.
