
Senior Business Partner

We are seeking a strategic business partner to drive human resource initiatives, foster a culture of engagement and support business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Strategy Design: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives to generate value.
- Talent Management: Collaborate with leadership to define and foster a talent management system that supports business growth and employee engagement.
- Performance Improvement: Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions aimed at improving performance and employee experience.
- Succession Planning: Ensure the organization is prepared to meet evolving business demands through succession planning and development initiatives.
- Culture Development: Build partnerships with leaders to design and execute cultural initiatives effectively.
- Retail Engagement: Work closely with leaders to enhance employee retention and engagement through targeted initiatives.
- Capability Building: Oversee the capability building lifecycle to foster a culture of high performance, leveraging an effective Performance Management System (PMS).
- Onboarding Experience: Ensure new employees receive a comprehensive onboarding experience, aligning them with the organization's culture and work ethic.
- Process Optimization: Review and analyze business processes to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance and engagement.
- Employee Well-being: Initiate forums and mechanisms to enhance employee well-being, aiming to improve retention and motivation.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues to ensure a fair and transparent work environment.
- Leadership Support: Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on HR-related matters.
- Innovation in Talent: Collaborate with People Operations to brainstorm and implement innovative talent initiatives for employee engagement.
- Pulse Survey: Capture and provide insights on employee sentiment to stakeholders to drive satisfaction and engagement.
- Exit Formalities: Facilitate smooth offboarding processes for departing employees.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strategic Partnering: Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Business Acumen: Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, negotiation abilities and HR expertise.
- HR Metrics Proficiency: Proficient in HR metrics and systems, with a deep understanding of HRIS software and databases.
- Leadership and Strategic Planning: Capable of developing HR strategies that align with and support company goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Experience: 8-12 years of HR experience, preferably in the Software, E-commerce or Technology industry.
