Employee Relations Professional

The ideal candidate will be an empathetic individual with exceptional interpersonal skills who can build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

This role involves developing and implementing effective Employee Relations practices and people strategies in a dynamic environment, resolving complex employment-related issues, and providing expert guidance to senior management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with business partners and consultants
  • Implement sound resolutions to employee concerns and grievances
  • Offer strategic advice on complex employee relations matters, including terminations, restructuring, and HR policies
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and reviews of employment decisions in response to employee concerns
  • Generate business leads through referrals and redeployment initiatives
  • Design and implement analytics-driven insights and ER metrics
  • Directly handle complex ER cases and investigations
  • Collaborate with service delivery managers to leverage business opportunities and enhance consultant retention
