Senior HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Senior Human Resource Business Partner to drive business growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver generalist HR services, including employee retention, engagement, and development.
  • Implement effective human resource strategies and direction for the team.
  • Develop and manage employee lifecycle processes, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive culture change and align with company values.
  • Lead open and proactive communications, ensuring employees have necessary information to excel.
  • Manage employee compensation, benefits, and reward programs in collaboration with HR CoE.
  • Act as a mentor, coach, thought leader, and functional expert to senior management.
  • Implement consistent HR strategy, policy practices, performance management, and diversity initiatives.
  • Manage and develop direct reporting staff.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of relevant HRBP experience in third-party business process services companies.
  • Experience leading teams in fast-moving, customer-centric environments.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems using industry best practices.
  • Well-versed in HR generalist responsibilities.
  • MBA/PG degree preferred.
