Job Title:

Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to oversee end-to-end human resources operations. The ideal candidate will drive employee engagement and act as a liaison between management and employees.

  • Manage the recruitment process for diverse roles.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
  • Handle payroll, salaries, provident fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and statutory compliances.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, track attendance, and manage Human Resource Management System (HRMS) tools.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, handle grievances, and organize team events.
  • Execute exit formalities in a professional and timely manner.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to management while being approachable to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  2. Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  3. Oversee HR data analysis and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4-7 years of strong experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Prior experience in real estate HR will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills.
  • Strong organizational ability with a track record of timely delivery.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HRMS platforms preferred.
