Campus Recruitment Manager
Job Description:The successful candidate will lead campus recruitment initiatives, build strong corporate relationships, and prepare students for successful careers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with recruiters, corporates, and industry associations to drive campus placement drives across management, engineering, and other programs.
- Identify and invite companies to participate in campus recruitment events.
- Negotiate employment terms and ensure high placement conversion rates.
- Develop and implement pre-placement training programs to enhance students' employability skills.
- Collaborate with faculty members and industry experts to bridge skill gaps and improve student outcomes.
- Track and mentor students' progress towards placement readiness and provide personalized career guidance.
- Plan and execute annual placement calendars to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Coordinate logistics for placement drives, interviews, and assessments to ensure seamless delivery.
- Compile and analyze placement data, statistics, and reports to inform institutional strategies and decision-making.
- Organize industry visits, guest lectures, and career counseling sessions to foster networking opportunities and career growth.
- Explore internship, live project, and corporate training opportunities for students to enhance their employability.
- Represent the institution at job fairs, industry meets, and HR summits to promote the institution's reputation and branding.
- Prepare detailed reports on placement status, recruiter feedback, and student performance for management review and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and data confidentiality standards.
- Educational: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in training & placement, corporate HR, or recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong professional network and a proven track record of successful campus placements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide students towards career growth and success.
- Strong organizational and event management skills to deliver high-quality recruitment events.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
