Senior Recruitment Leader

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, establishing strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping. He/She will collaborate with business heads and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
To achieve this, he/she will drive employer branding initiatives to position our organization as an attractive employer of choice, implement recruitment metrics, dashboards, and MIS reports to track efficiency and effectiveness. Building and mentoring a high-performing recruitment team is also essential to ensure continuous capability development.
He/She must possess an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field, backed by 15–20 years of experience in core recruitment preferably in engineering, technology, or energy-related industries. Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills are also required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment, making strategic workforce planning decisions that support business expansion and growth while ensuring compliance with HR policies, recruitment guidelines, and labor laws.
