Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in hiring top talent and building a proactive pipeline of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Partner closely with business leaders on their manpower plans and hiring strategies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment experience), ideally with corporate recruiting environment with full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term recruitment plans.
