Talent Acquisition Leadership
  • Develop a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to achieve high performance.
  • Establish workforce plans to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  • BUILD a strong employer brand to attract top talent in fintech and technology.
  • Evaluate candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership to design and implement recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices.
  • Build partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
  • Establish recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Implement advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline hiring processes.
Innovation & Market Insights
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, talent intelligence, and fintech hiring challenges.
  • Develop strategies to attract niche talent in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital banking.

Please note that this role requires progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, especially in leadership roles. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience and be well-versed in HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics. Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
