As a senior campus manager, you'll lead the student experience, manage resources, and collaborate across departments for clear communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the Newton School of Technology campus strategy to achieve goals.
  • Managing budgets, cross-functional teams, and coordinating initiatives with the central program team.
  • Working closely with academics and student success teams to track students' progress and drive outcomes.

This role requires working in close synergy with the academic team, improving engagement levels and performance through better pedagogy, content, and class delivery.

You'll also establish processes to enhance branding, campus-level marketing, and manage collaboration with industries for internship and placement outcomes.

Requirements include:

  • 6+ years of experience in category management.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or prior software development experience.
  • Goal-driven and works well in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
