Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our company's financial strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of driving business growth through effective financial planning.
Main Responsibilities:- The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive financial plans aligned with the company's goals, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
- He/She will be responsible for leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- The chosen individual will manage statutory, internal, and tax audits end-to-end, ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS and minimizing risks.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Professional accounting designation as a CA
- At least 10 years' experience at a senior level financial managerial position in a similar industry
