Senior Financial Strategist

The role of Senior Financial Strategist will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. This individual will be accountable for developing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans that align with the organization's strategic objectives.

This high-impact position is suited for senior professionals who excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving process improvements in FP&A, as well as expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial planning and analysis strategies to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Design and maintain advanced financial models and tools to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • CA/MBA (Fin)
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements in FP&A.
  • Experience working in high-growth or startup environments and ideally in manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
