Financial Strategist

Job Summary:
This role involves leading the financial planning and analysis function in a fast-growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive financial plans aligned with company objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for growth, preparing timely financial reports and dashboards, and enhancing financial modeling capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning:
- Develop strategic financial plans that drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver timely financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
- Financial Modeling:
- Enhance financial modeling capabilities to support scenario planning and investment decisions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) certification preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 12 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
- Skills:
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, Excel, and financial planning tools.
- Other Requirements:
- Experience working in high-growth environments and excellent communication skills are assets.
