Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and execution of CRM journeys and automations to boost customer conversion and promotional communications for a specific Line of Business (LOB).
  • Manage cross-functional and geographical stakeholder management to deliver on set campaign objectives.
  • Innovate new campaign types and identify opportunities for increasing deliverability.
  • Partner closely with Growth Managers, technical, and creative colleagues across the organization, including Product Managers, Engineers, Experience Designers, Content Strategists, Researchers, Creatives, Legal, Operations, Policy, and PR teams.
  • Anchoring project briefs and serving as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for campaign execution and Root Cause Analysis (RCAs).
  • Develop, measure, and reach objectives and key results at pace without sacrificing quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience in CRM campaigns in Ops function at high-growth or technology companies.
  • Experience working on SFMC CRM platform highly preferred.
  • Best-in-class communication skills with a proven ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams more broadly.
  • An understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
