
Regional Account Manager

The Client Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas within assigned regional clients. They must display strategic thinking capabilities, a high level of business acumen, and deep knowledge of the latest trends in terms of technology sales methods and approaches.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with regional clients to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas.
- Build relationships and influence stakeholders to achieve sales growth.
- Work with company's network of offices to deliver an excellent client experience in each relevant market.
- Realize revenue and margin targets by connecting client needs with company offerings and solutions.
- Develop and drive organization strategy with local client managers within assigned regional accounts.
- Use engagement skills to establish account strategies with key stakeholders.
- Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts.
- Utilize company's sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecast.
- Be aware of and understand international trade policies.
- Meet or exceed quota targets through comprehensive account management.
- Grow profitability, revenues, and client satisfaction levels for company's regional clients' portfolio.
- Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients' buying process.
- Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs and articulating how company can add value.
- Approach account management systematically by identifying the strategy to develop and grow the account profitably.
- Perform vulnerability analysis of company's position in comparison to competitors and vendors.
- Influence financial control, governance, and compliance in a region to prevent and reduce financial costs.
- Act as first point of contact for client issues.
- Sales Business Acumen: The ability to support successful selling through organizational and business outcome mindset.
- Sales Client Engagement and Management: The ability to effectively manage and analyze clients throughout the client lifecycle.
- Sales Solution Skills: The knowledge of company's offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends.
- Sales Pursuit: The ability to create success by identifying and advancing opportunities at assigned prospects and clients.
This role offers a chance to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in sales and account management.
OthersSeasoned experience in a global partner management role, sales environment, and/or customer service role is required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a sales-related field is also necessary.
