What You'll Do

  • Own and grow relationships with assigned
    university and NFP clients
    in the ANZ region.
  • Manage the
    renewal cycle
  • ensuring adoption, value realisation, and on-time renewals.
  • Run
    training sessions, onboarding, and workshops
    to upskill client teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, liaising with Customer Success and Support to resolve issues quickly.
  • Identify opportunities for
    account growth
  • upsell modules, expand usage, and broaden stakeholder engagement.
  • Showcase our suite (Surveys, Communities, BI & more) through
    demos and consultative conversations
    .
  • Feed client insights back to the Product team to shape improvements.
  • Work in sync with Australian time zones (
    6 AM – 3 PM IST
    ) from our Baner, Pune office.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years
    of experience in account management or customer success (SaaS background preferred).
  • Strong
    sales acumen
    — confident in renewals and uncovering upsell opportunities.
  • A natural communicator: approachable, organised, and curious.
  • Comfortable leading client sessions, workshops, and presentations.
  • Empathy, clarity, and persistence - your clients will spot the difference.
  • Morning person? Even better - you'll be at your desk bright and early, helping ANZ clients kick off their day.
