Front Office Support Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Support Specialist to join our team at ReSearcHRs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the front office environment, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all incoming calls and direct them to the relevant department.
- Greet visitors, register their details, and maintain a professional atmosphere.
- Organize and maintain essential documents, files, and records.
- Support the administration department in various tasks.
- Ensure the stationary and stock are up to date and ordered as needed.
- Supervise the housekeeping department and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide information about our services and products to visitors and customers.
- Adhere to safety procedures and report any potential hazards.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
