Technical Service Professional

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and product excellence, we are seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and ensuring the smooth operation of our products.

  1. Expert Inverter Solutions: Provide in-depth training and guidance on inverter installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures to customers and partners.
  2. Premier Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  3. Remote and On-Site Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex issues with inverters remotely or through on-site visits, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  4. Advanced Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data on after-sales support cases, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of new solutions.
  5. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry, with a deep understanding of string inverters, hybrid inverters, and utility-based projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to travel frequently (50% or above) to meet customer needs and attend training sessions.
