Senior Technical Consultant

As a seasoned technical consultant, you will be working independently on complex projects requiring expertise in SAP BTP. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in project delivery and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with IT development teams, business users, and other stakeholders at the consulting level to drive high-quality results and continuous system improvement.
  • Design, configure, develop, and customize using SAP BTP to ensure exceptional quality and reliability of systems.
  • Work closely with SAP technical consultants to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP functionality while setting team targets and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to technical aspects of implementation and manage complex developments effectively.
  • Train and transfer knowledge to team members while recognizing impacts of changes and ensuring due diligence before making changes.
  • Responsible for technical design solutions prior to implementation and ensure technical implementation quality to minimize rework after deployment.

Requirements:

  • Over 4-5 years of SAP BTP experience with at least 3-4 years in consulting environments.
  • Highly preferred: technical developers with BPA, CAPM, Fiori, UI5 hands-on experience.
  • Advantageous: Cloud Application Program Model (CAPM) experience.
  • Strong experience in HANA and/or S4HANA developments.
  • Works with SAP development tools and technologies.
  • More than 3-4 years of experience in a technical team for project delivery.
  • At least 3-4 years in consulting environments as Technical Developers.
  • Experience in SAP project implementation in S4 HANA.
  • Provide information/advice on best practices, industry trends, and feedback on process performance.
  • Stay updated with latest technologies and tools and evangelize their value within development teams.
