Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee restaurant operations, including managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance staff performance, motivation, and job satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Create and manage staff schedules, conduct regular training sessions, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock supplies, forecast needs, and oversee ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring that all patrons receive exceptional service and support.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety standards, adhering to regulations, and promoting employee well-being.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
  • 4-6 years of experience in restaurant operations or related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning, preparation, and purchasing.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain high standards in the restaurant.
