We are seeking a professional and charismatic dining host who will provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Captain and Steward, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining service, working closely with the kitchen team to deliver prompt and efficient service. Your ability to upsell, promote and enhance the guest's dining experience is crucial in achieving our high standards.

1. Upsell and promote food and beverage products to enhance the guest's dining experience.
2. Charm guests with your knowledge of our food and beverage products in a friendly and approachable manner.
3. Explain menu items in terms of preparation methods, ingredients used, portion size and presentation.
4. Maintain general knowledge about food allergies, dietary restrictions, and common beverage brands to ensure smooth recommendations to guests.
5. Demonstrate an understanding of different types of guests and dining clientele, molding your service output to suit their needs.
6. Ensure the utmost cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the restaurant.

• Possess excellent communication skills and a well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance.
• Prior exposure to leadership training programs is preferred, but a combination of practical experience and education will also be considered.
