Digital Content Strategist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to drive our social media presence forward. This role involves creating and implementing innovative campaigns that captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy, including planning and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to achieve exceptional results through photo and video shoots.
  • Design captivating content (reels, posts, stories, carousels) that aligns with our brand identity and trends.
  • Analyze metrics and insights to refine strategies, improve engagement, and grow our online community.
  • Partner with designers, copywriters, and external partners to deliver end-to-end campaigns.
  • Stay current with digital trends, platform updates, and content formats.
  • Manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and industry partners.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and mentor junior team members as needed.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in digital content management, with a strong focus on Instagram.
  • A creative eye for design, photography, and video content.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting shoots (planning, direction, execution).
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics and growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Optimize and improve the user experience across all social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
  • Measure and report on campaign success, making data-driven decisions to improve future efforts.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining our brand's voice and tone across all digital channels.
