About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Strategist who can drive our social media presence forward. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Instagram and develop creative campaigns that captivate our audience.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Instagram strategy, incorporating content planning, on-ground shoots, and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and creative teams to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and trends.
  • Create engaging content (reels, posts, stories, carousels) that resonates with our target audience and drives community growth.
  • Analyze metrics and insights to refine our strategies, enhance engagement, and expand our online presence.
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and external partners to deliver end-to-end campaign solutions.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and content formats to ensure we remain competitive.
  • Foster collaborations with influencers, creators, and industry partners to amplify our reach and impact.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and mentor junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in social media management, with a strong emphasis on Instagram.
  • A keen eye for design, photography, and video content that aligns with our brand aesthetic.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting shoots (planning, direction, execution).
  • A solid understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
