">Provide seamless customer experiences from onboarding to disbursement, ensuring agility and speed in meeting customer needs.
">Maintain optimal portfolio health by implementing a lend-to-collect culture throughout the organization.
">Oversee end-to-end collection cycle management, from Bucket X to legal actions, with a strong focus on post-onboarding services, customer retention, and audit management.
">Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
">Lead and mentor teams to achieve optimal performance through effective training, orientation, and digital platform adoption.
">Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sourcing strategies and innovative marketing initiatives for enhanced market penetration.
">Exercise authorized officer powers for initiating legal actions as per Sarfaesi 2 regulations.
