Job Role:

A key member of our organization, the HR Manager will oversee and enhance all aspects of HR operations independently.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with 4–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
    • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
    • Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a healthy work environment.
    • Lead performance management systems: appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
    • Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR audits.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
    • Work closely with management to identify talent needs and drive retention strategies.
    • Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in events, media, or marketing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Based in Ghaziabad or willing to relocate.
  • Comfortable working as an individual contributor with full ownership of HR responsibilities.
