Job Title: Clinical Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our clinical operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care services.

  • Clinical Leadership: To provide strategic direction and oversight for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all clinical care services at our Unit.
  • Reporting and Communication: To oversee reporting and communication of quality improvement initiatives, quality and patient safety awareness, safety culture survey administration, and recognition programs at the Unit.
  • Medical Administration: To provide clinical and administrative direction for the clinical operation of medical departments and services.
  • Support and Management: To provide required support on medical audits and manage various committees like infection control committee, ethics committee, etc. at the Unit.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: MBBS + MHA
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Administration
  • Leadership Skills: Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
