About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Telehealth Specialist to provide high-quality care to elderly patients with multiple chronic conditions, mobility issues, or age-related concerns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for offering guidance on long-term care, medication management, preventive care, and lifestyle adjustments.

This role involves reviewing patient records, issuing secure digital prescriptions, and being available for per-minute calls, scheduled sessions, and family consultations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tele-consultations for elderly patients with complex needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on geriatric care, medication management, and preventive measures.
  • Review patient records and issue secure digital prescriptions.
  • Be available for real-time calls, scheduled sessions, and family consultations.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A degree in Medicine (MBBS + MD / DNB) in Geriatrics / Internal Medicine / Family Medicine with a focus on elderly care.
  • Valid registration with a national medical council.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in geriatric or elderly-focused practice.
  • Proficiency in using telemedicine platforms and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an asset.
