Job Description

A visionary leader with a passion for education is required to oversee the instructional programs of a Primary school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating lesson plans, observing classes, and implementing effective communication processes to ensure seamless exchange of information between teachers, parents, and students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Academic Leadership: Supervise and lead the instructional programs of the Primary school, ensuring the use of a variety of instructional strategies and materials consistent with research on learning and child growth and development.
  • Community Connect: Conduct regular meetings with parents to foster a strong sense of community and parental engagement.
  • Communication Processes: Develop and implement effective communication processes to ensure seamless exchange of information between teachers, parents, and students.
  • Student Focus: Cater to the academic, emotional, and social needs of students, providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Professional Development: Organize relevant workshops and events that support further learning, promoting creativity and collaboration among the student community.
Qualifications:
  • Masters in Education: A postgraduate degree in any subject is preferred, with a focus on education.
  • Professional Teaching Degree: A recognized teaching qualification from a reputable University is essential.
  • Technology Proficiency: Strong technical skills are required, including proficiency in software and hardware used in educational settings.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and students is crucial.
Experience:
  • Teaching Experience: Proven experience in working with educational policies and boards, preferably CBSE, is highly valued.
  • Updated Knowledge: Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, curriculum review, and student assessment is essential.
