The role involves working closely with the HR team to ensure effective recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. You will be responsible for partnering with school leaders to define staffing needs and ensuring timely fulfillment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates
  • HR Operations: Overseeing payroll coordination, exit formalities, and related documentation
  • People Engagement & Culture: Addressing team-level concerns, resolving employee queries, and promoting a positive work environment
  • Policies, Processes & Communication: Executing HR policies and processes, communicating effectively with employees, and supporting contextualization of HR initiatives

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in relevant HR roles
  • Proven experience in hiring and HR data management
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to own a piece of work from start to finish
