Senior Human Resources Leader

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead our Human Resource team.
- Develop and implement company policies promoting a positive work environment, respect, and inclusivity.
- Create compensation and benefits plans that attract top talent and retain employees.
- Support recruitment process improvement from sourcing to onboarding.
- Host in-house events to showcase employer brand.
- Discuss employee career development with managers.
- Monitor HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
- Review departmental budgets ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Organize learning programs upskilling and reskilling employees.
To succeed, you should have hands-on experience with HR Management Software, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. A solid understanding of labor legislation and excellent communication abilities are essential.
Requirements and Skills:- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, demonstrating leadership and expertise.

- Solid understanding of labor legislation, including employment law and regulations.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
