Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Human Resources Assistant. This exciting opportunity will allow you to gain valuable experience in human resources, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and analyze compensation data.
  • Support the design and execution of Learning & Development programs.
  • Partner with Recruitment teams to support hiring initiatives and engage with L&D and C&B teams on cross-functional projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CURRENTLY PURSUING OR RECENTLY COMPLETED A DEGREE IN HR, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, OR A RELATED FIELD.
  • STRONG ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
  • EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION ABILITIES.
  • PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE TOOLS (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT).
  • PASSION FOR LEARNING AND CONTRIBUTING TO A DYNAMIC WORK ENVIRONMENT.
