Proposal Writer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Writer to take on a challenging role.

About the Job:

This position involves managing sales bids and writing high-quality proposal documents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both in English and French, as well as strong project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire sales bid response process, ensuring all expectations, actions, and timelines are understood and met.
  • Analyze sales bid requirements and ensure compliance throughout the proposal.
  • Lead opportunity teams in developing compelling proposal themes and integrating them into the proposal document.
  • Write, edit, and format proposal documents to guarantee they are accurate, well-written, and persuasive.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in proposal management.
  • Language proficiency: French (Read, Write, Speak), English.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, English, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Project management experience is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the proposal management/sales bid process, expertise in document production software, and exceptional project management skills.
