Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing multiple government proposals, ensuring timely completion and submission. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing proposals for all assigned bids, RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, ensuring all requirements are met and our value proposition is clearly demonstrated.">
  • Conducting kick-off and follow-up calls to track the proposal's status from initiation to completion.">
  • Working closely with the legal team to review terms and conditions, flagging any exceptions.">
  • Collaborating with the Pricing Manager to finalize pricing for inclusion in proposals.">
  • Reviewing and updating proposals based on feedback from onsite stakeholders.">
  • Creating and updating reusable artifacts to reduce turnaround time.">
  • Gathering necessary documents, including legal and critical reviews.">
  • Tracking progression in Salesforce.com to ensure deadlines are met.">
  • Managing data of documents for future reference.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • 1-7 years of experience in proposal preparation with a basic understanding of government contract processes.">
  • Prior experience working with US teams/customers is preferred.">
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any stream.">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple proposals independently.">
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.">
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in various online web applications.">
  • Critical thinking, quantitative analytical ability, and exceptional problem-solving skills.">
  • Teamwork-oriented and responsive to questions.">
  • Ability to work and make sound decisions under pressure.">
  • Skilled in clear and effective communication throughout the entire process, utilizing various communication methods.">
