You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for AI-driven growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, and overseeing the development and optimization of AI models for bid analysis and pricing strategies.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy tailored to bid management processes, prioritizing AI integration to improve bid quality, speed, and success rates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases within the bid management lifecycle, conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed AI initiatives.
  • Own the onboarding process for AI tools and technologies, ensuring seamless alignment with existing systems and workflows.
  • Ensure the availability, quality, and integrity of data used for AI applications, establishing robust data governance frameworks to handle data privacy, security, and compliance.
  • Communicate AI project goals, progress, and outcomes to collaborators at all levels, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
