Job Opportunity

A leading role in our organization is available for a seasoned Bid Management Process Improvement Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of existing bid management processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing industry-standard methodologies to enhance the process.

  • Conduct regular reviews of current bid management processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Research and implement proven bid management strategies to optimize the process and improve overall performance.
  • Develop and maintain clear, concise SOPs for all aspects of the bid management process, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Establish a feedback loop with the bid team to gather insights on process performance and implement iterative improvements, driving continuous growth and development.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Front-End Engineering Design and other collaborators, to harmonize RFQ processes and support the implementation of an Integration platform.
  • Work in alignment with the Database and Tools team to harmonize Bid Management Micro-tools, promoting seamless integration and efficient workflows.
  • Oversee key actions and strategic process improvements to increase Bid management performance and drive business success.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in bid management or proposal development, with a strong understanding of the bidding process.
  • Familiarity with bid management software, digital tools, and AI technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to analyze processes and data to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of changes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing change within organizations, particularly in the context of adopting new technologies and processes.
