Estimator II Job Description

The Role of an Estimator II is to deliver high-quality bids that meet Honeywell's regional sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust estimation processes for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Generate precise RFI s, HVAC equipment take-off, and IO summary preparation to support project success.
  • Prepare BOQs, costing, valve selection, and cable schedules in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to technical submittals, including system architecture and floor risers to ensure project alignment.
  • Collaborate with vendors on commercial exposure and taxation matters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Control, Electronics Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in relevant field.
  • Familiarity with Building Management System (BMS) and pre-sales process knowledge.
  • Able to manage jobs and/or projects to standards, budgets, and deadlines effectively.

Possess sound knowledge of business processes and systems. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is also required for efficient performance.
