Job Description:

  • Lead complex tax assignments, including structuring, impact analysis, and compliance reviews.
  • Provide technical guidance on tax matters, draft client reports, and prepare regulatory submissions.
  • Drive litigation strategy, including preparing responses and representing clients before authorities.
  • Supervise and mentor teams on technical execution, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
  • Contribute to practice development through capability-building, thought leadership, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes, industry trends, and sector-specific developments.

Responsibilities: To lead client engagements, mentor teams, and maintain high standards in delivery and client service.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant with 8–12 years of relevant experience in taxation.
  • Strong command over tax laws and regulations. Exposure to customs or foreign trade policy is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, business-friendly solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and drafting skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple stakeholders across clients, teams, and regulators.
  • Experience in consulting firms or tax practices preferred.
