Leadership Role in Financial Management

The position of Group Finance Director is a senior leadership opportunity that involves overseeing the overall financial management of an organization.

This senior role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and deep expertise in corporate finance.

The ideal candidate will possess 12-15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing financial operations across group entities and global business units.
  • Developing and implementing the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation processes.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
  • Overseeing tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks to mitigate potential risks.
  • Providing financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.
  • Building and leading a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.
  • Collaborating with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term growth strategies.
  • Managing relationships with auditors, investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
  • Implementing strong internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Monitoring and optimizing cash flow, working capital, and return on investment (ROI).

The ideal candidate will hold a CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced financial qualification.

Experience in IT Consulting, Technology, or Professional Services industry is highly preferred.
