Senior Commercial Lending Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our lending services division at a senior position.

This role requires strategic leadership and management expertise, with experience in Commercial Real Estate business. You will lead delivery team members engaged with end-to-end lending life cycle activities across various CRE products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage Strategic Partnerships and Sales Initiatives
  • Elevate Client Service Standards and Company Policy Compliance
  • Catalyze Cross-Functional Collaboration for Successful Outcomes and Efficiency Gains
  • Identify Opportunities for Process Improvement and Value Addition in Deliverables Across Loan Life Cycle
  • Mentor Junior Team Members and Review Their Deliverables
  • Escalate Risks and Mitigants in a Timely Manner
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 14-18 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate business.
  • A deep understanding of various CRE lending products and platforms.
  • Knowledge of mortgage documents, origination procedures, and underwriting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, logical reasoning, and analytical abilities.
  • Experience in working with sales teams to create marketing collateral and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • The ability to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • A minimum of 5 years of team management experience, including client relationships.

You will work closely with senior leadership, delivery teams, and technology solution teams to manage client deliverables and expand offerings through various value propositions.
