Job Description

As a key member of our Home Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that new phlebotomists are fully prepared and confident before starting their work in the field. This involves managing their journey end-to-end — from interviews to training, onboarding, and their first field assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews with prospective phlebotomists to assess suitability.
  • Training Assignment: Assign selected candidates to the appropriate trainers for skill development.
  • Onboarding Support: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the required resources and support.
  • First Slot Readiness: Monitor and support new phlebotomists until they successfully complete their first assigned slot.
  • Coordination: Work closely with trainers, management, and other teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations (experience in onboarding or people management preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (required).
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or service operations is an advantage, but not required.
  • Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
