Job Overview

Succeed as a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Professional by analyzing client recruitment and onboarding processes, identifying opportunities to enhance these functions using SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client recruitment and onboarding processes to identify areas for improvement with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Lead implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support
  • Stay up-to-date on SAP SuccessFactors Delta releases and recommend new features to clients
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients to ensure effective use of implemented modules
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services to clients
  • Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate Onboarding and Recruitment modules with other HR processes and systems
  • Prepare project documentation, including process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and user manuals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is mandatory
