SAP Implementation Lead Position

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP implementation professional to oversee our team's efforts. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in SAP deployment, particularly across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain modules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP FIORI, custom workflows, and integration suite, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct post-implementation audits of SAP S/4 HANA modules.
  • Perform configuration-level checks, identify gaps, and assess compliance with financial standards and business requirements.
  • Audit and validate SAP modules including Finance, SuccessFactors, HCM Payroll, Materials Management, Analytics & Planning, Travel Management, Disclosure Management.
  • Review SAP Integration Suite and custom workflows (forms, reports, workflow enhancements via FIORI).
  • Deliver findings, gap analysis, and recommendations in clear audit reports.

This is an onsite role with occasional international travel requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and ensure effective communication across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of SAP implementation experience across relevant modules.
  • Prior exposure to post-implementation audits or SAP functional reviews.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, HR, and Supply Chain modules within SAP.
  • Experience with SAP FIORI, custom workflows, and integration suite.
  • An auditor's mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications for reporting and documentation.
