Role Overview

The role of SAP GTS Implementation Expert involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) implementation. This includes designing and developing customized solutions to meet clients' trade compliance needs.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop and implement comprehensive trade compliance programs for clients across various industries, including Chemicals, Pharma, and Healthcare.">
  • Configure Customs management systems, setting up communication processes for generating EU/US customs declarations import/export, and defining default data for electronic filing with customs authorities via Seeburger middleware.">
  • Establish Master Data Set ups for GTS, Product Classification (ECCN, HTS), Business Partners, and Integration of Third-party data for Denied Party Lists, Customs Offices, Customs duty rates.">
  • Integrate with Seeburger BIS6 for automatic filing, ensuring seamless customs process imports and export declarations integrated with customs broker interfaces and forwarder broker interfaces as per country legal regulations.">
  • Implement Customs bonded warehouse processes in EU and APAC, maintaining compliance with local regulations.">
  • Maintain compliance Management by settings for Sanctioned party list (SPL) screening, Embargo, Legal control thru license management (Defining and assigning numbering schemes to Legal regulations, Activation of defined Legal regulations, maintaining the control settings for the defined Legal regulations, Defining, and assigning License types).">
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.">

Requirements

Proficiency in SAP GTS 11.0 implementation, with experience in S/4 Hana and master data set up for GTS.

">

Strong knowledge of Customs management, Customs bonded warehouse processes, and Compliance Management.

">

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

">

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

">

Experience working in multiple industries, including Chemicals, Pharma, and Healthcare.

">

Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
