Job Title

A dedicated Onboarding Lead is required to ensure seamless integration of our SaaS product for new customers. The successful candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong technical background in SQL, data transformation, and scripting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer onboarding sessions to guarantee smooth product adoption and integration.
  • Assist customers with migrating data through ETL/ELT pipelines while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform complex SQL queries and database operations to validate, transform, and troubleshoot customer data.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, validation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding experiences.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on data-related challenges during onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, data operations, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and data transformation methodologies.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
  • Scripting expertise (preferably in Python, Shell, or other relevant languages) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
