Total Rewards Management Role

Are you looking for a challenging role that allows you to optimize total rewards operations? As a Management Trainee/Assistant Manager in Total Rewards, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing workforce experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing and evaluating job profiles to drive change initiatives.
  • Managing compensation business process administration during the annual merit and bonus cycle.
  • Providing administrative support with all types of benefits administration.
  • Processing service awards administration.
  • Delivering benefits reporting.
  • Administering Benefits life, medical insurance, pension plans, and other, depending on country requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Total Rewards or a related role with strong leadership background.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Relevant experience in Benefits and total rewards.
  • Familiarity with Workday and Service Now preferred.

We seek individuals with strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, high level of integrity, adaptability, proficiency in HR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent interpersonal skills.
