Reward and Finance Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Reward team with various tasks and projects, including data analysis, research, and presentation preparation.
They will work closely with the global Reward team to deliver individual projects and support administrative delivery for programs.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those in their final year of studies who are passionate about people and finance.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct data analysis and research to support reward decisions.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Support the administration of global reward programs.
- Collaborate with international teams to gain a global perspective.
- Recent graduate or final year student in Law, HR, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Hands-on experience in global rewards projects.
- Exposure to HR tools and analytics.
- Collaboration with international teams.
