  • Evaluate and implement a comprehensive risk management framework that aligns with business goals, regulatory requirements, and market conditions.

  • Ensure effective portfolio monitoring, stress testing, and expected credit loss forecasting to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Leverage data analytics, AI, and machine learning tools to enhance data insights for risk control and optimization.
  • Prepare regular risk reports to senior management and the board to ensure transparency and accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in risk management, ideally in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of credit and financial risk, operational risk in the context of a bank; familiarity with RBI regulations.
  • Proficiency in risk management and data analytics tools, ideally including Python and SQL.
