Job Title: System Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 support for endpoint management, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, deploying and managing operating systems, configurations, and applications, ensuring endpoint security through compliance with company standards, patching, and other measures.

The scope of this role includes but is not limited to all endpoints of the organization. You will work closely with our teams to resolve incidents related to the workplace and endpoints with a high degree of dedication. Your time will be split between taking care of BAU (Business as Usual) incidents and collaborating with peers on different transformation projects.

To succeed in this mission, you should have the following technical knowledge:

  • Solving Endpoints issues and incidents. (Windows, IOS, Android)
  • Administering Intune in terms of device management and configurations / security policies / compliance policies / autopilot.
  • SCCM. OS Deployment, Software deployment and reporting through SCCM.
  • Working with 'Service now' (or similar) and Change Management process.
  • AD Users and Computers and the configuration of GPOs.
  • Developing, testing, and deploying enterprise software packages to all corporate users including non-Microsoft applications.
  • Deployment of Operating System Security Patches and version upgrades using Intune
  • Building Microsoft Windows OS images for overall company deployment.
  • Hardware drivers as part of Windows Image packaging and deployment
  • Managing Hybrid environment (On-prem + Entra ID joined devices)
  • Nice to have knowledge regarding VDI management.

Additionally, you will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, being able to interact with global multi-national teams and adapt quickly to new technologies. A good team player with the ability to work under pressure, excellent communications and teamwork skills, strongly service-oriented-minded, able to create and propose new solutions, work in a Global environment and culture, multitask with multiple projects, and work independently if necessary. Also, a flexible attitude to working hours and strong or excellent communication skill in English are required. Finally, personal efficiency and problem-solving skills, very concerned with security and standardization/rationalization aspects, and open to learning new Skills and Systems are essential.
