Job Title: ERP Support Specialist

About the Role:

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a position working on ERP systems, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance and operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service principles.
